hey i wanted to know if the movie gladiator was at all accurate. did marcus aurelius die at the hands of his son or did he die of suicide in the face of his plague? also, was there any truth to the rest of the story (gladiator). i have had cles on rome before but this story never stuck out to me. if you know of a good place for information or a web site with a great summary of the roman empire, i'd certainly appreciate it. thanks.
